Beef Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat (rump or chuck)
    15 oz. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stab both sides of meat (rump or chuck).
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Place meat in baking dish or bowl.
    Pour marinade over meat.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Grill meat 1/2 hour on each side.
    Baste while cooking.
