Pineapple Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunky pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; mix with sugar, flour and cheese. Put in 1-quart Pyrex dish. Melt stick of butter. Crush crackers. Mix crackers with melted butter. Spread evenly on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
