Tiny Tea Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    10 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Sift the first 4 ingredients together. Rub the shortening into the dry ingredients.
    Add the milk and water.
    Mix soft.
    Pat out and cut.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
