Plaza Iii Steak Soup(A Kansas City Restaurant Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    2 qt. water
    2 c. ground beef
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans and lima beans, more if desired)
    1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes, break apart
    2 to 3 Tbsp. beef concentrate
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    salt or Season-All to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine and blend in flour.
    Add water and stir out lumps.
    Saute ground beef and drain grease.
    Add to flour stock. Saute onions and celery until slightly tender; add to soup.
    Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, beef concentrate, pepper and salt or Season-All.
    Simmer until vegetables are done.
    Freezes well.
