Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 baked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together; cook in heavy pan or double boiler until thick, stirring constantly.
Fill baked pie shell and cover with meringue from the egg whites (2).
Brown in 425\u00b0 oven about a minute.
