Leverpastej (Danish Liverpaste) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver
    2 onions, ground 3 times
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. fat pork or pork sausage
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Grind liver and pork together.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in greased loaf pan in a larger pan with hot water in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until done.
    When cold, slice and use for sandwiches.
