Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 5 artichokes, cleaned
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    oil (for mixing)
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    2 whole potatoes, peeled
Preparation
    Take off outer leaves of artichokes.
    Cut off stem, leaving small end to hold artichoke together (save stem, chop finely and set aside).
