Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook in a well-greased hot iron skillet at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Remove from skillet as soon as it is taken out of oven.
