Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. molasses
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. rye flour
2 1/4 to 2 3/4 c. white flour
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in molasses, sugar, salt, orange peel, caraway seed and rye flour.
Blend.
Then mix in white flour.
