Grilled Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry or orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy duty Ziploc plastic bag.
Add pork.
Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate 8 hours, turning pork often.
