Fluffy Citrus Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cool Whip

Preparation

In saucepan, beat egg; add sugar, orange peel, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low to medium heat until thick (about 5 minutes).
Cool well.
Fold in Cool Whip. Serve with fresh fruit as a dip.
