Buttermilk Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs, separated
4 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

In large saucepan combine 1 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of flour.
Gradually stir in 2 cups buttermilk and 1/2 cup of water.
