Metial Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; place in a warm place for 3 to 4 days.
    Put in refrigerator and leave for 3 days.
    Remove and feed with 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons potato flakes and 1 cup warm water.
    Save 1 cup of starter and throw away the rest.
    Do not make bread now.
    Return remaining starter to refrigerator and repeat the feeding process 2 more times after 3 times feeding. Make bread with 1 cup of starter.
    Return initial starter to the refrigerator and follow sourdough process every 3 to 5 days.
