Fat-Free Philly Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Philly fat-free cream cheese
    1 slice 95% fat-free turkey ham, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. dry chives
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups (0 fat, 244 calories) or 24 tablespoons equals 72 teaspoons.
    (One teaspoon equals 0 fat and 3 1/2 calories.)
    This is good with SnackWell's crackers.
    Cracker plus spread equals 0 fat and 9 1/2 calories.
