Onion Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Ritz cheese crackers, crushed fine
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
3 large onions, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
pinch of pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and parsley
Preparation

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter or margarine.
Press into Pyrex pie plate, reserving 1/2 cup.
Saute onions in vegetable oil until tender and golden; spread on crust.
Heat milk, eggs, salt, cheese and seasonings, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Pour mixture over onions and bake until center sets, about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
