Mini Cheese Cakes(Makes 2 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press equal portions onto bottoms of lightly greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
    In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Spoon equal amounts of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) into prepared cups.
    Bake 20 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
    Cool.
    Chill.
    Garnish as desired.
