Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish frozen pie shells
    8 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Mozzarella, grated
    1 c. Swiss, grated
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain fat.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together and place in 2 pie shells which have been baked according to package instructions.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serves 10 people.
