"Philly" Fudge * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until soft and smooth.
    Slowly blend in sugar.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla, salt and pecans; mix well.
    Press into greased shallow pan.
    Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
    For a slightly softer fudge, blend in
    1 teaspoon of cream.
