Mama'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/3 c. salad oil
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Pour half batter into a well-greased pan.
Top with half the cheese, then repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
