Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 egg whites
1/4 c. white sugar
1 baked 10-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, milk, beaten egg yolks, salt and spices in top of double boiler.
Cook over boiling water, stirring often, about 10 minutes.
