Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cooked and drained well
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large grated carrot
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Mix together well in a bowl:
    cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, grated carrot, finely chopped onion, sour cream and salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini.
