Cajun Rice And Beans(With Onions And Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth (remove small amount of fat on top)
    1 c. Alpine Lace Free & Lean fat-free cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning *
    any hot sauce to taste
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray medium size casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Layer in casserole the rice, beans, onion, celery and cheese.
    Season each layer with small amount of seasonings and hot sauce.
    Pour chicken broth over casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
    Entire recipe makes 8 servings.
