Texas Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 c. flour
1/2 lb. cooked pork sausage
1 qt. milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Heat bacon drippings with flour in sauce.
Stir constantly, cook but do not brown until smooth.
Add sausage that has been crumbled up and then pour in milk.
Mix and simmer until slightly thick.
Add salt and pepper.
