Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 medium eggs
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 lb. Philadelphia cram cheese (room temperature)
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Butter \"spring type pan\".
Press graham cracker crumbs on sides and bottom of pan.
In mixer, beat eggs, sugar, dash of salt, vanilla and cream cheese.
Beat until light and well blended.
Pour into crumb-lined pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar and dash of salt.
Mix ingredients together gently until well mixed.
Spread on top of cooked batter; bake an additional 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool and refrigerate.
