Butter Herb Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. each: basil leaves, oregano leaves and salt
2/3 c. crushed saltines
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sole or perch fillets
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt butter in preheated oven.
Meanwhile, in a 9-inch pie pan, combine cracker crumbs, cheese and spices.
Dip fish in butter and then crumb mixture.
Arrange fish in baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is tender.
May use for chicken as well. Cook until tender.
