Sauerkraut And Dried Beef Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sauerkraut
    5 oz. dried beef, cut up
    2 Tbsp. 2% milk
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
    Place about 1 teaspoon of mixture onto small rye breads and place in broiler just until tops of breads start to turn brown.
