Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until soft.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter until smooth.
Slowly add milk and continue beating.
Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly blended.
Pour into pie crust and freeze.
May be garnished with chopped peanuts.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
