Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2
cup
powdered sugar.
Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or fork, until resembles coarse meal.
Spoon flour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press firmly with fingertips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.
Cool.
