Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
4 Tbsp. butter
1 qt. milk
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter, add drained oysters and cook 3 minutes or until the edges curl.
Add milk, salt, pepper and liquid oysters and bring almost, but not quite, to a boil.
Serve.
Dust with paprika.
