1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cold water
6 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, butter and water.
Cook until thick. Add vinegar and lemon extract.
Pour in cooked pie shell.
Add meringue.
