Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, broken in small pieces
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
3 handfuls brown sugar
cinnamon
butter
3 c. milk
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dark molasses
butter the size of small egg (3 Tbsp.)
1 egg, beaten well
Preparation

Bring the milk to a boil and slowly stir in the cornmeal.
Add the ginger and salt and continue to heat for about 15 minutes, until cornmeal has thickened.
Add the molasses, butter and egg. Mix well and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
Serve warm; top with whip cream, if desired.
