Fiesta Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
    Add zucchini, garlic and oregano and saute until garlic is just golden (about 2 minutes).
    Add salsa and simmer until zucchini is just tender (about 6 minutes).
    Reduce heat to low; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and cook until cheese melts.
