Beef Patties With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 hamburger patties
1 medium onion
2 c. hot water
salt and pepper
1 large bell pepper
1 c. cold water
2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix

Preparation

Place patties in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Chop onion and bell pepper and place on patties.
Pour cold and hot water into pan. Pour gravy mix into water; do not stir.
Cover pan.
Place in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
