Island Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce
1/4 sliced red onion
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
4 (1 lb.) lobsters, cooked and meat picked
Cajun spices
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Prepare tossed salad from listed ingredients.
Other salad items can be added based on preference.
Set the salad aside. Saute the picked lobster meat in margarine and Cajun spices. Dress the salad with vinaigrette salad dressing.
Top with the hot lobster meat.
Serve immediately.
