Garden-Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup chopped red pepper
2 cups oats (uncooked)
1 package Campbell Onion Soup Mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cup low-fat or skim milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Divide mixture between two loaf pans and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done and juices run clear. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
