Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. Healthy Choice fat-free cream cheese)
    1 Tbsp. butter (2 tsp. diet margarine)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla, beating until light.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy.
