Peanut Butter Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. smooth peanut butter
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. or 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
    Mix confectioners sugar, cracker crumbs and peanut butter in a medium sized bowl until blended.
    Scrape into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and press into an even layer.
    Spread melted chocolate over top.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours, until chocolate is firm. Let stand at room temperature, about 15 minutes, before cutting into bars.
