Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large can whole chilies
    1/3 c. flour
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1 can sliced olives (roasted red peppers may be substituted)
Preparation
    Cut chilies into strips and place in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl and pour over cheese. Top with tomatoes and olives. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
