Quick Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    dash of salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix granulated sugar and cocoa in saucepan.
    Stir in margarine, milk, corn syrup and salt.
    Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
    Boil, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Frosts an 8-inch 2 layer cake.
