Orange Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 breasts
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 small green pepper
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large tomato
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    3 Florida oranges, sectioned
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and paprika.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken and cook 5 minutes until white.
    Add syrup from pineapple, chicken broth and vinegar.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add celery, green pepper and onion.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes.
    Add tomato wedges and pineapple chunks.
    Blend soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and water.
    Add to sauce; stir constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Add orange sections and toss lightly.
    Serve over fried rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
