Oriental Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, crab or tuna
    1 can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine
    first\t5 ingredients, then mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon
    juice
    and\tginger\ttogether.
    Add to the first mixture, then
    just before serving toss in 1 can of chow mein noodles.
