Super Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 egg
1 (8 oz) ctn sour cream

Preparation

Beat.
Add Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1 chopped onion, 1 can cream-style corn and 1 whole kernel corn (drained).
Pour into a 9 x 12 inch buttered baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Pimento may be added for color.
