Banana-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. bran cereal (All-Bran)
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. low-fat milk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, coarsely mashed
1 c. almonds
Preparation

In large bowl, combine cereal and next 5 ingredients.
In another bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs and bananas.
Stir milk mixture into cereal just until combined.
Place in muffin papers and sprinkle almonds on top.
In microwave, cook on High for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
