Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed *
1 lb. sausage or less for each roll (I use about 1 1/2 lb. total)
grated Mozzarella cheese (about 6 to 8 oz. each roll)
chopped pepper (1 for each roll)
chopped onion (1 for each roll)
mushrooms (if desired)

*Will take 1 to 2 hours to thaw on cabinet or can be put in refrigerator overnight.
