Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can peach halves, drained
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. regular (not instant) vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice or peach flavored brandy
Preparation

Combine and beat together flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk.
Pour into a 9 or 10-inch deep dish pie pan. Layer peaches over batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
Mix for 2 minutes.
Put cream cheese mix to within 1-inch of the edge.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons cinnamon over the cream cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
