Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (6 medium) squash, boiled 4 to 5 minutes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in mayonnaise, onion, green pepper and thyme.
    Mix well.
    Add to cooked squash.
    Butter a casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top and dot with butter.
    Put in fridge after it is covered with Saran Wrap.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
