Baked Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with 3 cups of bread crumbs.
Drain off some of the tomato juice.
Mix tomatoes with onion, salt and pepper.
Pour over crumbs in baking dish.
Cover remaining crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until crumbs are brown.
