Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can creamed corn
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 sweet bell pepper, grated
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
    Pour half on bottom of greased pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese over batter.
    Add remaining batter.
    Cover with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
