Ingredients

4 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. garlic seasoned croutons
Preparation

Saute onions in butter (oleo) until browned.
Mix all together.
