Sausage Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Add green pepper, onion, oregano and pepper.
Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of water.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add macaroni and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Mix well. Spoon into 1 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
